In 2014, Megan began her own Intensive Outpatient program and private practice after seeing the devastating impact that trauma and addiction had on several close friends, clients, family and herself included. The realization of the impact of unresolved trauma and addiction was daunting and something she saw in herself and others as an area that was severely under-treated and misdiagnosed. Drawing from experience, faith, and a drive to truly help others, Megan began creating and finding ways to instill hope and reach those struggling from the impacts of trauma and addiction.
During this time, Megan felt called to start training and educating around the topics of trauma, addiction and EMDR. She quickly become a highly requested speaker and trainer who has trained thousands of clinicians in the U.S. as well as Internationally.
Over the course of the past eight years along her journey, Megan has began to become a leader in the field, offering a unique, compassionate vision that strives to offer experience, strength and hope to all who she as the opportunity to serve.
Megan now offers her unique EMDR informed, trauma informed and addiction based coaching for clients seeking to break free from their own chains of trauma and/or addiction. Megan also offers consultation services to other clinicians and like-minded professionals, who want to further and deepen their practice, skills or just want to consult on their toughest cases. These sessions are offered individually and in small group settings.
“Megan is a wonderfully special and unique personality. Illuminating from within is an exciting devotion to and a passion for helping others; frequently inspiring those who find themselves working by her side. Her work embodies every bit of Megan’s character and her previous agency is a prodigious asset to our community. Very few share her understanding of what it takes to be the difference in someone’s life.” — Ross T.
