Find hope and security within a private, connected, safe and confidential experience that will initiate or enhance your healing journey. Identify your unique strengths and increase your self-worth while inspiring hope and building resiliency. Re-enter your life with a lasting inner strength and liberation to live a full and meaningful life. This three-day transformative retreat is an opportunity you will never forget and do not want to miss!
You will be presented with a variety of treatment options to accommodate your individual needs, learning styles, and healing journeys. These include group work, individual EMDR therapy, equine therapy, yoga, energy work, art therapy, inspirational speakers, and more. During your stay you will be provided with educational tools and resources that will deepen and inspire your healing.
You will be guided and led by experienced trauma-trained clinicians and professionals from all over the United States. While you may feel alone in your struggles, statistics show that in the U.S. nearly 8% of the population will have post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) at some point in their lives. About 8 million adults have PTSD in a given year. Those that are clinically diagnosed with PTSD represent only a small portion of people who have experienced trauma. There is an ongoing effort to bring the most effective and long-lasting treatments to those suffering. I Am HEALED brings the top professionals in the field together with the latest research-based treatments for the optimal circumstances for healing to occur!
